Your InstaGrow Dashboard is the home screen you see every time you log in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of how your Instagram account is performing — without having to dig into individual tabs. All data is pulled directly from the official Instagram Graph API, so every number you see is accurate and up to date.
On the left side of the screen you'll find the main navigation. Each icon links to a different feature:
At the top of the dashboard you'll see four key metric cards. Here's what each one means:
Followers
12,450
▲ +234 this week
Total followers on your connected Instagram account. The delta shows change since last week.
Engagement Rate
4.8%
▲ +0.3% vs last week
(Likes + Comments + Saves) ÷ Followers. Anything above 3% is considered good for Instagram.
Posts This Month
18
Total posts published in the current calendar month, including scheduled posts that have gone live.
Total Reach
48,200
Unique accounts that saw at least one of your posts in the last 30 days. Higher than followers = good content distribution.
Below the summary cards, you'll see a table of your most recent posts, each showing:
Clicking on any post opens a detailed breakdown of that post's performance.
The dashboard also has shortcut buttons to the most common actions:
💡 Tip: The dashboard always shows data for the account you have currently selected. If you have multiple accounts, use the account switcher in the top-right corner to toggle between them.
InstaGrow is completely free — there is no trial period, no paid plan, and no features locked behind an upgrade. Every tool in the dashboard is available to every user from day one, permanently.
The InstaGrow dashboard shows four key metrics: total followers and weekly growth, engagement rate (likes + comments + saves ÷ followers), posts published this month, and total reach over the last 30 days.
Use the account switcher in the top-right corner of the dashboard to toggle between connected accounts. Each account has its own isolated workspace with separate analytics and settings.
InstaGrow considers anything above 3% a good engagement rate for Instagram. The dashboard calculates this as (Likes + Comments + Saves) ÷ Followers, updated weekly.
