Click Settings (⚙️) in the left sidebar to manage your InstaGrow account. Settings is divided into two sections: Account Management and Notification Preferences.

1. Account Management

Update Your Profile Name

Your Profile Name is what's shown inside the InstaGrow dashboard.
Edit the name field and click Save Profile.
Email is read-only — it's the email you signed up with and cannot be changed from Settings. Contact support if you need to change it.

Change Your Password

Enter your Current Password, then your New Password, then confirm it.
Password must be at least 6 characters.
Click Update Password. You'll remain logged in on the current device.

Danger Zone — Delete Account

At the bottom of Account Management is a Delete Account button. This permanently removes your account and all data — posts, analytics history, moderation rules, and connected Instagram accounts. This cannot be undone. You will be asked to confirm before deletion proceeds.

2. Notification Preferences

All notifications are sent by email only. You can toggle each type on or off and click Save Preferences.

Competitor New Post Alerts

Get an email when tracked competitors publish new content. Useful for staying aware of competitor activity in real time.

Weekly Performance Summary

A weekly digest of your account's growth and stats. On by default — recommended to keep enabled.

AI Topic Suggestions

Alerts when new trending topics are discovered for your niche. On by default. Turn off if you review topics manually inside the app.

3. Plan

The Plan section confirms that InstaGrow is free for your account — no subscription, no billing, no limits.

Plan Status — Shows "Free Plan — Active". Every user is on the free plan permanently.
What's Included — Unlimited scheduling, AI tools, comment moderation, analytics, Creator Intelligence, and unlimited connected accounts. All features are included at no cost.

💡 Note: InstaGrow is completely free — there is no paid upgrade, no credit card required, and no limits to hit. Every feature is available to every user from the moment they sign up.
