InstaGrow's AI Best Time to Post feature analyzes your connected Instagram account's historical engagement data — pulled directly from the Instagram Graph API — to predict the exact time slots when your audience is most active and most likely to interact with new content.
Instead of relying on generic "post at 6pm on Wednesdays" advice that applies to the average account, InstaGrow uses your own audience's behavior to find the best time to post on Instagram for your specific account — personalized recommendations, not guesswork.
Go to the Schedule tab
Log in to InstaGrow and click Schedule in the left sidebar. Click + New Post or open an existing draft to open the post creation panel.
Find the date and time picker
In the post creation panel, scroll to the scheduling section where you set the date and time your post will publish.
Click "Use Best Time"
Click the Use Best Time button in the date/time picker. InstaGrow's AI automatically fills in the recommended posting date and time based on when your specific audience is most active.
Review and confirm
Review the AI-recommended posting time. Accept it with one click or adjust it manually — then click Schedule Post. InstaGrow publishes your post automatically at the chosen time.
💡 Tip: AI Best Time to Post is most accurate after you have at least 15–20 posts worth of engagement data. For brand-new accounts, it will fall back to niche-based averages until your account builds its own history.
